With Fall sports coming to an end, Lehi High School is already gearing up for one of the most beloved sports of all time, basketball, and with that comes Lehi’s first annual, “Meet the Pioneers Night.” This event will be held on Friday, November 18, in Lehi High School’s main gym 6-9 p.m.
Lehi basketball coach, Sean Yeager, says, “We really want this event to kick off the basketball season, and give the community an opportunity to interact with the players. We want to create a sense of excitement while unifying our sports programs with the amazing people of Lehi. We wouldn’t be able to provide these programs without all of the local help we receive.”
The BYU Dunk Team will be performing, and BYU’s Cosmo will be signing autographs along with all the Lehi basketball players. In the south gymnasium, there will be a kid’s room with booths and games for the younger kids to enjoy.
This event is free to everyone. Concessions and retro jerseys, shorts, and basketball shirts will be available to purchase. We would invite all to come, and support the new Lehi Pioneer basketball team and gear up for an amazing season.
